Extracurricularhub UAE is an **online directory** designed to connect parents, schools, and communities with **activity providers, tutors, and organizations** offering extracurricular programs and services.
We act solely as an information and listing platform.
We do **not** endorse, verify, or guarantee the accuracy, quality, safety, or suitability of any listed provider, service, or activity.

### 2. Eligibility
To use our Platform as a provider, you must:
* Be at least 18 years old;
* Have the authority to represent your organization or business; and
* Provide accurate and truthful information in your listing.
By submitting your details, you represent that all information provided is correct and that you are authorized to act on behalf of your business or organization.

### 3. Provider Listings and Content
Providers are responsible for the accuracy and legality of the information, images, and materials they upload.
By submitting content to our Platform, you agree that:
* You own or have permission to use the content;
* Your content does not infringe on any third-party rights;
* Your content does not contain false, misleading, offensive, or unlawful material.
We reserve the right to edit, reject, or remove any listing or content that violates these Terms or is deemed inappropriate at our discretion.

### 4. Premium Listings
Providers may choose to register for a **Premium Listing** to gain enhanced visibility and promotional benefits on the Platform.
By registering for a Premium Listing, you agree to the following terms:
* You agree to make an **annual payment** of a clearly communicated amount.
* Once your profile is confirmed and added to the system, your payment will also be confirmed and **automatically renewed annually**.
* If your profile is **not confirmed**, you will be informed of the reason, and your payment will be **refunded** to your account.
* If you **cancel your account before the end of the 12-month term**, no refund will be issued for the remainder of the period; however, your account will automatically expire at the end of the current term.
* To **cancel your Premium Listing** at the end of the annual term, you must do so **at least one month before renewal** via your provider login or by contacting us directly.
* If cancellation is not requested before this time, the account will automatically renew for another 12-month term.

### 5. Use of the Platform
You agree to use our Platform only for lawful purposes and in a manner consistent with these Terms. You must not:
* Misrepresent your business or services;

* Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or data;
* Use our Platform for spam, phishing, or fraudulent purposes.

### 6. Fees and Payments
All payments made to Extracurricularhub UAE, including Premium Listing fees, are processed securely through trusted third-party payment providers.
Fees are clearly communicated before purchase and are **non-refundable**, except as outlined in the Premium Listing section above or as required by law.

### 7. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
Extracurricularhub UAE provides information and listings **for general informational purposes only**.
We do not control or monitor the activities or qualifications of listed providers, nor do we guarantee outcomes from engaging with them.
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
* We disclaim all warranties (express or implied) regarding the Platform or listings;
* We are not liable for any loss, damage, injury, or claim arising from your reliance on, use of, or interaction with listed providers or their services.
Users are encouraged to independently verify provider credentials and suitability before engagement.

All content, branding, design, and materials on our Platform (excluding provider listings) are owned by or licensed to Extracurricularhub UAE and are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.
